As I think of it, there is a tool out there, which while not specifically geared to this purpose, comes very close to this model. I have had it in front of me for a long time but now that I was thinking of this idea, it never came back to mind... until now.

The tool I am referring to is Seesmic.com, an open venue for anyone to speak up about any topic desired. Problem is that there is no live audience and nothing is really designed to cater to this specific type of use.

But it looks to me as if Seesmic is in transition to a possible new model and who knows what will happen then...
