    Hello Robin,

    Excellent review!

AltSearchEngines.com covers every search engine on the planet, including all of these visual search engines. In fact, our recent conference had Viewzi plus Imprezzeo and GazoPa and Cooliris on our Image Search panel (plus about 30 other search engines).

We would love to republish this article, excerpt it, or just link to it.

    Please advise!

For me, there is nothing better the visual search engines since the image itself is the best result we needed. :-)

These visual search engines developed so far are ok, but they all miss the wow factor. Just as travelling Websites were a bore until ww.welcome2australia.com.au came about and revolutionised West Australian Tourism and travel.

Rumour has it the founder of Welcome2Australia is now working on his project creating the next visual search engine that will topple Google. I guess since he created a successful tourist newspaper and website time will tell if he becomes the next cyber whiz.
