Steve · 1 year agoWRT your comments under "The New News", one reason why the course is not complete when it has been created is that the instructor is different under subsequent offerings. Each time I teach a course, I learn how to improve it. I build those improvements into the next offering. I also learn the material better each time I read it so what I can offer the students improves over time.
