Free Screencasting Tools: Guide To The Best Tools To Record Your Screen
As a teacher I believe children should be exposed to different activities, including multiple hands-on applications to learn different content. Unfortunately the old traditional method of delivering instructions by lecturing still is used in the majority of our classroom. In order for our children to learn to solve real-world problems, they need to be presented with real problems so they can learn how to solve them and think outside the box. Working collaboratelly is a great way of teaching them how more than one idea is better to solve problems.
Our students also need to be exposed to different media, not only the textbook they use in the classroom. They need to have different sources available, including the internet so they can get different point of views from different authors. They also need to learn 21st. century technology skills that are required in the real-world.
Unfortunately, our children will not learn that if their teachers are not willing to learn to use the tools their students need in order be successful learners in the 21st. century.
