    We have been testing the Skype for Asterisk beta at work here in Japan, and have been able to setup click to call from our website - this rings from Skype into our Asterisk PBX. Once the call is in the PBX we can route it where we like, send it to an IVR or do any of the things one can normally do with a PBX system such as Asterisk.

    The Skype for Asterisk is still in beta, but it looks like being a great alternative. Our customers have certainly been using it.
