Thanks for including us on your list. Just a couple of notes:

- Vodpod does allow running ads through your widget. You can see an example from the Vodpod widget here: http://talkingpointsmemo.com

- We have recently added direct upload via backend-use of the Youtube API. Just click "upload a file" from the account page.
